I will maintain integrity and ethics in my nursing practice by treating my colleagues with respect and decorum despite their academic qualifications, experience, or personal factors (Schmidt & McArthur, 2018). Besides, I will uphold the professional standards and practices outlined in the nurses’ code of conduct. I will also practice and make decisions guided by the medical ethics of autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice.
